Keeping your binder Organised makes collecting faster, safer and far more enjoyable. In this guide we cover practical layouts and how to use placeholders so missing cards never leave gaps.
Choose a consistent layout
Pick a binder template (9‑pocket, 4‑pocket, or 2‑pocket) and stick to it for a whole set. This keeps numbering intuitive and reduces page shuffling.
{{ ... }}Use our generator to add subtle crop marks and margins for clean cuts. Save‑ink mode helps when you are printing dozens of pages.
Sort by official numbering
Sorting by the set’s official number makes it simple to spot what is missing. Add a short note per slot (e.g. reverse holo) to track variants.
Protect pages
Use quality sleeves and avoid overstuffing. Store binders upright to reduce pressure and warping.
